- Shalini Agarwal is a founding partner of ALMT Legal. She is a corporate commercial lawyer and advises on cross-border transactions relating to India, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, distribution/agency agreements and contractual arrangements. Her practice areas include advising clients on IT/IP, software and outsourcing contracts. She is a frequent speaker at international seminars and conferences on doing business in India.
